How long will it take before I can start?
That’s very quick. Because Linetrack is a cloud-based platform, the application does not have to be installed on every computer. Each of our pilot customers needed less than two hours for the briefing and subsequent onboarding. Typically, the platform is initially tested on a smaller scale. The rollout at enterprise level depends on the scope of the application and the desired speed of our users.
What is the difference to other systems?
Linetrack is differentiated by the holistic mapping of the project-based added value by tracking the individual processes within and across company boundaries. The resulting status information can be distributed in all areas of the company so that every employee has the individually required information.
Who are the users of Linetrack?
In general, Linetrack is shared. New projects are usually configured by project managers or planning. Rough areas of responsibility are also assigned here. The granulation and allocation of responsibilities for the individual processes can be carried out by the respective specialist departments. Timely status feedback is requested from all stakeholders involved.
Are individual adjustments possible?
Basically, Linetrack is introduced as standard software. We are currently running pilot projects with industrial companies. These are used for user-oriented adaptation of the platform. Changes that improve the user behavior of the general public are always very welcome.
Do you have interfaces to the existing system landscape?
Are my data secure?
We attach great importance to the data security of our customers and have taken a number of measures to ensure this. These include the use of HTTPS for encrypted data exchange, the use of HTTP Only cookies for secure storage of login data in the browser, and the option of using multi-factor authentication (MFA) for additional security. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) with managed PostgreSQL databases, Stripe for secure payment processing and licensing and have the option of integrating our customers’ Active Directory. We always keep our security measures up to date in order to provide maximum protection for your data.
