Lack of transparency
In addition to the project manager’s master project plan, separate sub-plans are created by the departments and updated manually.
Except a tentative completion date, external contracts remain a black box.
The spread of status information creates a high level of uncertainty in planning.
Inefficient project tracking
To counter the lack of transparency, all partial progress in the company and the supply chain is manually queried and brought together.
Project managers and -buyers need on average one day per week for this.
Coordination mistakes
Slow response
Financial expenses
… our solution
A web application that enables collaborative project management in the value chain, combines all partial planning in various formats and automatically determines the progress of the project.
Saves time and money
Ensures planning reliability
Improves collaboration
Project tracking in the value chain
The rough planning is broken down into sub-plans with deadlines and supplemented by team leaders with the related detailed planning. External stakeholders are integrated into the project in line with compliance requirements. Each area of responsibility is automatically invited to a workspace to exchange documents, communicate results and report back the status.
Project toolbox
Our project toolkit combines the project setup in the structure plan with scheduling in the Gantt chart. This enables efficient creation or individualization of project plans. Created plans can be imported via a Microsoft Project and Excel interface.
Supplier management
The onboarding of external stakeholders is automated via a free collaboration license, including video training. If the supplier is interested, they can upgrade the license to add their own value creation to the processes queried and also track this automatically.
Multiproject management
Our users can organize projects into portfolios and receive a dynamic overview of all ongoing projects, including feedback, critical process timelines and project-specific KPIs.
Resource management
Our resource planning ensures optimal utilization of internal resources in the planning and execution phase. Initial forecasts at departmental level can be collaboratively refined through cross-project personnel planning.
Education platform
We generally carry out the roll-out together with our customer. We take care of training the employees. Our users can also receive further training via our cloud-based video training platform.

FAQs
How long will it take before I can start?
It’s very quick. Because Linetrack is a browser-based platform, the application does not need to be installed on every computer. Each of our customers required less than two hours for training and subsequent onboarding. Typically, the platform is tested on a smaller scale for now. Rolling it out to the enterprise level depends on the scope of the application and the desired speed of our users.
What is the difference to other systems?
In contrast to conventional project management tools, Linetrack was specially developed to divide complex project requirements into manageable sub-packages.
By proactively supplementing the specialist departments, we are able to generate a clear project plan with all value-added processes without additional effort. For us, this also includes outsourced processes.
One of our unique selling points is the quick and easy integration of the supply chain.
Who are the users of Linetrack?
In general, Linetrack is used collaboratively in industrial projects. New projects are usually configured by project managers or planning. In addition, rough areas of responsibility are also assigned here. The granulation and responsibility distribution of the individual processes can be done by the respective departments. Status feedback is requested from all involved stakeholders in a timely manner.
Are individual customizations possible?
In general, Linetrack is introduced as standard software. We are currently conducting development collaborations with industrial companies. These serve the user-oriented adaptation of the platform. We always welcome changes that improve the usage behavior of the public.
Do you have interfaces to the existing IT landscape?
Yes, a standard interface to MS Project & MS Excel.
We also have an interface that can be used to connect the system landscape. If you require a specific interface connection for the use of Linetrack, please contact us.
Is my data secure?
